Includes out of print and unreleased tracks from nine hardcore punk bands from the mid-eighties.
Sleeve itself is Artcore Fanzine issue #23 coming as a large booklet and includes info on the album and bands, with the original booklet reproduced.
Track B1 "A.O.T." by Steve Stiletto And The Switchblades means "Authority On Thrash".
