First pressing with hand-decorated sleeves featuring a variety of drawings, writing, cut-and-paste art, and stickers. Most sleeves were originally plain white, but in some cases sleeves from other Vermiform releases were used.

Although no two covers are alike, all copies featured at least three stickers on the sleeve:
- Track listing for Side A
- Track listing for Side B
- Vermiform label logo and address

Other common stickers on many copies were:
- "Featuring Rich Oliver!"
- "Only 5 Made!"
- "Featuring John Woods!"

Includes printed inner sleeve.
