Folded A3 sleeve with small printed inserts: (1) '"artcore" presents:' pressing and contact info, (2) lyrics to W.D.M.'s 'My Life'. Some also include (3) a length of 2cm blue-green computer tape, punched "ARTCORE RECORDS".
The (1) insert can be a little different.
(A second pressing from later in 1986 is numbered 501-1000 and has a different insert.)
