Folded sleeve with some pics and info printed inside.

Issued with two different sleeves, other one is black and white with entirely different artwork and only the initial copies had this one. Soon after the release Toffo / the label put together a different sleeve and printed those for the rest of the records. Total press was 500 copies and some 50-100 of those had the black & white sleeves and those mostly ended up to the bands as their promised free copies.
