CD 2 has the heading "Israel". The focus in 2008 was on Israel.
The DVD numbering is a bit difficult. It starts automatically with # 16 and #14.
Then you can choose between # 15, # 13, "Israel" and "Konzerte".
So i put it in this order and took the numbers from the menu.
