The cover shows artist 옥화진. She is not given credits on the back of the jacket. However, she does sing the song 낙엽 (A6). The album cover does not picture 정난이, the artist given credit for singing A6. I could not find a recording of either of them singing the song on a different album, so I do not know if the name on the back or the picture on the front is the error.
