c) small pink "Skin and Bone" folded card
d) 6 stickers: a double Sonic Youth sticker (one stating "satan is boring", the other "flower use the word", Carlton B. Morgan and
the Supernormals (stating "invasion of the supernormals, carlton b. the one for me"), Membranes, Bog Shed, UT and
Muslimgauze (stating "dogs trust-up for slaughter")
