This release bundles Descent I and II to 3-CD "The Definitive Collection". It includes original Descent I and the following Descent II Infinite Abyss release:
Descent II: The Infinite Abyss was a 1996 repackage of Descent II, including Descent II with 3D accelerated Version, The Vertigo Series with 20 all new levels, the Mission Builder, and the Level Converter.

The soundtrack that accompanies this release is different than the standard release, with a number of extended remixes and new tracks. The songs can be listened with regular CD player.
