Comes packaged in a white lace or black fishnet sleeve. The disc is additionally housed in a clear plastic bag with a "Kausing A Kommotion" label affixed. The booklet is color and black-and-white photocopied on a thick stock paper.

There are 27 tracks on the actual CD as some of the tracks were combined on a single track, apparently from a mastering error or perhaps just to be a pain in the ass! Nearly every other track is a disturbing or weird snippet from various Madonna interviews.

The total duration for track 10 is 11:59, and consists of "Don't Stop" by Kingdom Of Filth (0:00-4:02), 'Madonna interview snippet' (4:02-4:08) and "Madam" by Zipper Spy (4:09-11:58).

The total duration for track 18 is 6:33, and consists of "Who's That Girl?" by The Haters (0:00-3:05), 'Madonna interview snippet' (3:05-3:11), and "Lucky Star" by The Goblins (3:13-6:30).

The total duration for track 25 is 7:35, and consists of 'Madonna interview snippet' (0:00-0:07) and "You'll See" by Panicsville (0:07-7:35).
