This double CD was coordinated by Rural Electrification Program and co-released with Betley Welcomes Careful Drivers, (K-RAA-K)³, Giardia, Swill Radio, Ecstatic Peace, Freedom From and Polyamory. All editions except the one from (K-RAA-K)³ came in a coloured xeroxed sleeve. The (K-RAA-K)³ edition, which was limited to 75, came in a transparent jewelcase with a small sticker on the back stating "(K-RAA-K)³ NO SLEEVE EDITION". The jewelcase was glued together so you had to destroy the jewelcase to open it, or be very handy.
