Compilation of bands who all recorded at Jon Wagner's Primetime Studio, recorded, produced, compiled and released by Wagner.
The title "N.E.M.C:1" is an abbreviation of "North Eastern Metal Coalition: Volume 1".

This version is an early "Finished Master" pressed by Primetime Studios for members of the bands it features. Despite the "Finished" title, however, it has several differences from the final release, most notably 2 songs that are not included on the final version at all. Ron Marks' song "Devastation" was omitted from the final release, and Metalourd's "No One Walks With Me" was replaced by their song "Wonderful Life" for the final release.
