The top 1/3 of the label has a map of the U.S. extending from the Atlantic to the western edge of Kansas with a red star at Detroit, Michigan on the right side of the map. The "MOTOWN" logo lettering is in red and yellow with no white in the letters. The company address "Motown Record Corp. - 2648 W. Grand Blvd. - Det., Mich." is printed above the spindle hole.
