Through this compilation the Dutch charity-organisation Memisa tried to draw attention towards the growing aidsproblem in the Third World.
The booklet contains information about Memisa's prevention- and help-projects and a part of the purchase price directly went to their projects.
The compilation was accomplished with the cooperation of "Stern's Records", "World Circuit Records" and "African Dance Classics"

Tracks 2-1 to 2-3 were recorded on location in Tanzania.
