The MAonSA's SACD / CD-PCM was pressed, introdused and released as a sampler in 2006 at Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas hi-fi by producer Todd Garfinkle for his MA Recordings label. In 2011, again by MA Recordings producer Todd Garfinkle during hi-fi fairs around the world, it was revived and released (not repressed) but combined with an additional DVD-ROM with high resolution wav file.
