Filmed live in concert at the Manchester Evening News Arena in aid of Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy and The Brit Trust.

Emma Bunton's set is split, with Free Me being performed halfway through the concert, and What Took You So Long? and 2 Become 1 being performed near the end, right before Blue's set. The last song in the concert, after One Love by Blue, is a cover of the Bob Marley song One Love, in which some (but not all) artists who performed earlier appeared again on stage, with Atomic Kitten and Javine singing lines.
