This version has slightly different wording and layout on label than this version: Various - ESP Is 3D! Superstereo. Notably track B5 by Albert Ayler is correctly sourced as ESP-1010 as opposed to "ESP-1002/1010/1016/1020".
After track listing on Side A label is printed: your hip diskdealer will supply most esp sides, but if all else fails, send $4.98 per disk to ESP,300 W 55, NY,NY 10019, and specify alternate choices, if any.
