This version, with the red silkscreened inner sleeve, was given away to people who were at the show these bands played on 3/12/93. Each person put their name on one side of the sleeve and then were sent a copy when the record was released.

Cover is designed to be folded so any band can be the front.

Runouts are etched, except for "kdisc", which is stamped.
