Despite often cited as there being 1000 pressed there was only 500 pressed. 16 test presses. 61 copies were intended to have cloth covers with pockets. This idea was abandoned after 15 or so were made. So they are hand numbered 1/61 to around 15/61.
The track listing on the back cover incorrectly states that the last track on the A-Side is Blackened by Bloody Victim but that track is actually the first track on the B-Side.
