Very well documented collection of material from musicians linked by "the individuality and high quality of their conceptions, as well as by the tenaciousness of their struggle to maintain those conceptions in a world that at best has remained indifferent." Cover has an extra page tipped in to inner gatefold, so in addition to the usual two 12 x 12 inch printed faces, there are two additional faces on which is included background on the musical environment from which these works came, and photos of Counce and Chaloff.

Gatefold outer sleeve is gatefold w/ 4-page lines notes.
