This CD was compiled back in 1993 & 1994. Two archival CD's of the original 7'' comp. records will be released in 1996.

Mike McGonigal, the editor, explains '[why it has] taken so damn long. Three years for a lousy magazine?'. Long story short, he got stabbed June 23, 1993 about 1:45 AM - Brooklyn. Gradually things got worse, a lot worse. Finally he leaves New York for Tennessee. Latest date in his editorial is November 8, 1995, 4:00 AM - Tennessee.
