Limited edition to 108 copies only available via pre-order.
Released in a approx. 17 x 17 x 4 cm metal box; includes the regular double CD, plus the additional "Endless CD" CDr and the "Endless DVD" DVDr. The additional disc are each housed in a cardboard sleeve.
Also included in the metal box is an extra 8-page "Endless Edition" booklet.
The regular double CD comes in a 6-panel Digipak with clear trays (left and right panel) and a die-cut slot for the booklet; includes a 12-page booklet.
Track durations do not appear on the release.
