Vinyl has Diskmakers test pressing labels and comes in a plain white cover with attached 8.5" x 11" info sheet with tracklisting, note about when the tracks were recorded, and a list of studios and engineers. The tracklisting on the info sheet has a blank space for the last track on side 2. On some copies the Death Camp 2000 entry is hand-written in this space.

The material for this compilation was recorded from Spring 1981 to early 1984.
