over a 10 day period in june 2001, 20 .wav files were emailed from swayzak hq (london) to twerk (sf), safety scissors (berlin) and sutekh (sf) these sound files being the basis for each artist to make a track using only the provided source material with any amount of processing allowed. a two week period was then set aside for the recording of the tracks - exploring ideas of simultaneous work using the same components at different locations.
