First release of the "Braindead" compilation series, continued on the shortly afterwards founded label Shockwave Recordings. The first entry "SH-8881" of the compilation catalog# series on the label was left out as indirect reference to this release.

Track 1-8 artist listed as "DJ-Ungle Fever 005".
As on the vinyl it is taken from, track 2-2 is erroneously listed as "Spasm Recycle", another track from that vinyl.
Track 2-5 listed as "Red Poison - Part 2". Later released as "Hotter Than Hell".
