Issued in a Guerilla Records die-cut company sleeve with MIC 61009 on the spine. Sleeve reverse has "Jacket Made in Canada", "Marketed and distributed by I.R.S. Records" and the Guerilla and TRIBAL America logos. A sticker present on most, if not all, copies has a barcode, cat#, artist & title, and additional text (see images). The sticker says "Guerilla Singles" but the label and subsequent releases in the series say "Guerilla Artists Singles".
