Lower left-hand corner it reads Sessions. The outside spline reads SESSIONS ® PRESENTS 62 GOLDEN GREATS ........ STEREO SRL40266.

Records 1 & 2 have black RCA labels (with Nipper the dog & the gramophone) with Special Products (white lettering) written on the side of the label. The title is TM Sessions Presents 62 Golden Greats with a matrix # of DVL2-0266. Records 3 & 4 are a dark charcoal gray Sessions label with matrix #'s ARI-1002. The title is simply 62 Golden Hits. Note: It did not read 62 Golden Greats. Nowhere on the Sessions label does it mention RCA Special Products.

The back cover advertises 6 other Session & RCA Special Products albums.

The matrix runout for records 1 & 2 variant 1 are all stamped with exception to the letter that follows A1.

Inside of gatefold cover it mentions: © 1977, Audio Research, Inc., Lombard, Illinois. And, on both sides of inside it mentions RCA SPECIAL PRODUCTS Stereo #SRL 40266 SPECIAL COLLECTOR'S EDITION.
