According to the official Köttgrottorna discography on Beat Butchers home page (http://www.beatbutchers.se/kottdisc.htm) the title of the single would be "Beat Butchers samlingssingel", not "Hångla Med Björn" (even though the cover is confusing).

However: the official Beat Butchers discography names the single just "Beat Butchers":
