Limited edition of 2000 copies, with four-color silk-screened sleeve and double sided 7'' insert with credits and a Poison 13 reflection/appreciation by "Him" titled "P13 - TEXAS - EVIL -or- 'No shit, boy, that's a real human hand'".
The title does not appear on the sleeve or labels.
A- and B-sides are marked with outline state maps of Washington and Texas for the two Seattle and Texas bands, respectively.
No catalog number is listed on this release (but the unassigned 'BOH 028' would fit nicely).
