The term UIS, which can be interpreted as Unity Information Space was created project Per Aspera and means stylistic eclecticism and complete rejection of any genre limitations. Later, during the process of joint work with project Qamat is-sa atu, this word also acquired its second value is non-commercial distribution of music in the different countries of the world, which were published as ultralimited edition CDs or audiotapes.

This UIS-compilation was created by six industrial projects from Russia and Belorussia for distribution over capital of South Korea - Seoul. Some audiotapes were left in public places of this city in the end of November. The archive also includes pics from Seoul and lyrics.
