Times have changed and Wavemusic with them. Marking our 15th anniversary, Wavemusic Vol. 20 represents the next step in the evolution of California Sunset Records.
Wavemusic Vol. 20 mixes music ranging from melodic Jazz and Electro Beats to easy-going Deep House and singer-songwriter Pop - genres that would not normally seem natural allies but here seem made for each other. The seamless flow between artists as diverse as Disclosure, Chet Faker and Chuck Loeb illustrate that music truly knows no bounds.
A major factor in selecting the music was the visual narrative provided by actor/photographer Kai Wiesinger. The sensuality and artistry of his images is reflected in the tracks on this double CD. The result of our collaboration, Wavemusic Vol. 20, is a wonderfully uncompromising marriage of sound and vision.
