This NUMA RECORDS compilation represents a cross section of material the label has released since its formation in 1984. Included are four album tracks from GARY NUMAN which have never been released as singles. Plus a selection of seven singles from Numa artists which include the label's first release from the late PAUL GARDINER, to the latest from JOHN WEBB, with other tracks from HOHOKAM, GREY PARADE, CAROLINE MUNRO and STEVE BRAUN. THIS IS NUMA RECORDS YEAR 1.

The LP came with a copy of Massimo Carpani's remix of 'My Dying Machine (Remix)' included as a bonus 12" single. The A side of 'My Dying Machine (Remix)' duration is wrongly printed on label as 6:25 but it is actually 7:36
