On each track Jim Lowe announces himself as "The Jazz Navigator" with the "Sound Flight" theme music in the background.
Banded tracks are timed 4:30 each. Each "track" is a separate program that needs to be individually "cued" in.
Each performer is involved in a short interview per band, then performs a musical selection. These are interspersed with public service announcements promoting non-active Air Force veteran personnel and/or others to join the Air Force Reserve.
