The first release in 1980 was a loose cassette in a 7 inch single sleeve. It was rereleased in 1982 in a standard cassette case with full color cover art.

The name In Church was used on the first issue and the 1982 full colour re-issue. For the 1980/81 re-issue this was altered to Inch Urch. The name Rhino Rhino RH+ was used on the first and second editions, and shortened to just Rhino Rhino for the 1982 edition.

The tracks Saving Souls by In Church, and Axe Murderers by Headless Corpses were rereleased on the Severed Heads Adenoids box set in 2008 without the previous song titles as Inch Urch and Headless Corpses respectively.
