This is a mispressed copy of the 'Clear with Red Splatter' variant. It has side B pressed to both sides of the record.
First it was sent with every order inside a normal sleeve with 'error press' written in black ink on the back (instead of the gold ink numbering of the normal versions) and also 'error' written in black ink written on the centre label.
After, it was sent in Pokémon OST orders in a blank paper sleeve with 'Moonshake Records' stamping and 'error press' written on the centre label in gold ink.
