This is the second pressing of the CD.
The front and back cover are similar to the first pressing, but have photos rearranged.

The CD is exactly the same as the first pressing. It is unknown how many of these were released.
1000 repressing CDs were made, but nowhere near that many cover/booklets were put together.

Some of the booklets have many pages like the 1st edition, and some have many less pages with rearranged information. In addition, in most of this pressing the CD is loose and not held in place by a folded and glued/stapled corner piece as with the first edition. Many do not have the smaller circular sealing sticker as well.
