Unlike "Club 99", which focus on a single artist, these issues feature diverse talent and styles. Each collector will decide for himself whether the singers will have points of contact because of an over-all theme or whether they will be selected for no other reason than their appeal to him. Whenever possible, selections will be enhanced by their aura of inaccessibility, but rarity without other merit is not the sole criterion for their being included"
