On the back cover (bottom) the logo's appear of the contributing (record) companies / labels and organizations. They are:

The label number is 0701, but for all following releases the editors choose to change the numbering code a bit: the next issue would be 0207 and from that issue on all cd's would have a number ending with 07 (releases in 2007), 08 (2008) or 09 (2009). So, the series of releases, in order of date, correctly is as follows:
