Comes in a standard jewel case with a clear tray, and a single sheet to act as the "cover", which is placed in the case's lid in front of a 16-panel poster with lyrics and credits on the back.

Limited edition pre-order copies included a signed band picture card and a black & yellow 'mission patch'.

Please do not confuse this release with a possible later, similar release featuring a 12-page standard booklet in place of the poster.
