Sleeve accent colors included green, blue, fuchsia and brown/tan. Vinyl colors included black (this), red (My Forgotten Favorite) and purple swirl (My Forgotten Favorite).

The color vinyl versions seemed to come with consistently colored sleeves. The black vinyl version appeared with any of the four.
