Originally released on Edison brown wax cylinder in 1897 by Ossman with piano accompaniment. It was re-recorded by Ruby Brooks (with piano) for release on a Gold Moulded cylinder in 1902. Ossman recorded it again (with orchestra accompaniment) for release a Gold Moulded cylinder in 1908. All of these have the same catalog number.
