The band had originally intended for the album title to be "Wings Of Sorrow".
The first pressings had "Wings Of Sorrow" written on the spines (limitations unknown), but because "Welcome My Last Chapter" was written on the cover, everyone thought "Welcome My Last Chapter" was the title.
To avoid further confusion the band decided to officially title the album "Welcome My Last Chapter". Every pressing after the fact has the spines read "Welcome My Last Chapter".
