Before tracking "Eternal Nightmare", Vio-lence recorded this "rough demo" in one day, and Mechanic Records set up a massive promotional free demo giveaway through magazines, distributing around 3-4,000 copies. This demo also features Paraplegic and the original-lyric version of "Bodies On Bodies" (It was decided that some lyrics were too "controversial", so select lines were altered for the album).
