This 7" is limited to 300 copies and contains a lyric sheet, with release notes included on the rear plus one sticker.

Single is NOT called It's Not What It Appears! This was something done by the then label manager at All The Madmen who did not like the song title of the A side and used the wording on the back cover as a title, much to the anger of the band.
