Came with two photocopied inserts, one a letter of introduction and the other four stapled together pages of questions.
The letter of introduction says "Enclosed you will find a CD-promo and 12" vinyl of these featured tracks". "Also included is and a sticker with Away's portrait of himself and fellow Voivod members". Not sure if the CD-promo is a CD single or the whole album, the description of the booklet sounds like the album.

Record housed in stickered white jacket with center holes. Some copies came in just a plain white sleeve without the two stickers on the front.
