This is the only existing copy of this version. This version has a drawing of singer on the cover with stacked graffiti style band name, no album title like the other pressings, and the middle label has text cut off. According to Mike H. (New Age Records owner), who I acquired this from, there were 1000 records pressed but because the middle label text was cut off, all remaining copies were sent back to the factory and destroyed. This can be read on an interview No Echo did with Mike. This version has no insert.
