This release came with a fold-out 4 panel cover and included a folded paper lyrical insert in Japanese. The vinyl came housed in a printed blue paper dust sleeve.

Although side A's runout etchings include LM-2060, it is probably a mistake and should be LM-2065 to match all the rest of the runout etchings and center labels.
