All songs recorded, mixed, and produced at Little Bullhorn Studios in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Tracks A1 to B5 were originally released as the eponymous debut LP on Matlock Records, catalog number MA0009. They were recorded in August and September 1999.
Tracks C1 to C6 were originally released as the "Tonight, The Lower Abdominals" EP on Matlock Records, catalog number MA0010. They were recorded in February 2001.
Tracks C7 to D3 were originally released on "A Complete Discography" (we recognize the irony) on Escape Goat Records, catalog number EGR004. They were recorded in March and November 2003.
Tracks D4 and D5 are previously unreleased and from the "Tonight, The Lower Abdominals" sessions.
All tracks remastered in April and May 2018 at Greymarket Mastering.
