"FREAKS is a collection of songs that were hacked at and abused for years until they found an end to their torture in November 2011. It was during this month that a painful recording process through open source software and car stereos produced this raw debut LP.

The tunes on FREAKS vomit a confusing mix of groove and weirdness with songs that swim in political commentary, abuse, bigotry, and identity. It reflects upon growing up as socially awkward teenagers where fantasy was our reality and alter egos were our masks. Each of these tracks is a product of years worth of writing and some of them have found their way onto new releases as strong representations of our work. Styles on FREAKS incorporate elements of garage rock, punk, surf, country, and funk. The quality is low and the album is best enjoyed at extremely abrasive volumes. "
