Both versions of Overture: Paradox and Let Me Go have been broken into two separate tracks.

Heat of the Moment '05 and The Smile Has Left Your Eyes '05 are both acoustic versions recorded specifically for the Heat of the Moment '06 EP.

There In Your Bed was exclusive to the original Heat of the Moment '06 EP release.

Press release notes the item is remastered; though remaster credit does not appear in booklet.
