Final rehearsal before USA tour recorded in London, 23rd March 1983.The photo of the synth was used earlier on Instrumentals, an mp3.com exclusive that has been long since deleted; released on May 8, 2000 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Whitehouse. The photo of the band was taken from a promotional image later included as an insert in Great White Death.
The album was first released with the band photo as its cover, but it was changed the same day to the synth, with the band photo still being included in the download.
